Transportation economics are inherently volatile. Actual costs, fuel consumption, detention delays, weather, mechanical breakdowns, taxes, and net earnings will vary. This platform does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or FMCSA regulatory advice.
2. Sole Carrier Responsibility
Motor carriers maintain sole operating authority, safety compliance, driver qualification, and load acceptance responsibility under 49 CFR. Using our calculators or reading our playbooks does not transfer any carrier liability to APR Logistics LLC.
