Truck Dispatch Services for Owner-Operators & Small Fleets
Professional dispatch representation, load search, rate confirmation negotiation, and administrative paperwork coordination for independent motor carriers operating with active authority.
APR Logistics LLC operates as an independent contractor providing administrative dispatch services and representation on behalf of motor carriers. APR Logistics LLC does NOT act as a freight broker and does not handle freight payments. All motor carrier operations, safety compliance, insurance, and ultimate load acceptance decisions remain solely with the operating authority holder.
What Our Dispatch Service Includes
Managing paperwork and hunting for freight while piloting an 80,000-pound combination vehicle is demanding and reduces operating safety. Our dispatchers act as your dedicated operations back-office.
Freight Sourcing & Routing
We analyze market freight boards and direct shipper contacts to locate loads that match your equipment type, preferred lanes, and home-time requirements.
Rate Negotiation
We negotiate top-dollar linehaul rates, fuel surcharges, detention terms, and accessorials before you accept the load. You approve every rate confirmation.
Broker Credit Verification
Before committing your truck, we inspect broker credit history, days-to-pay telemetry, and bonding through factoring platforms or credit agencies.
Paperwork & Billing Packets
We complete broker onboarding packets, issue Certificates of Insurance (COI), and submit rate confirmations, BOLs, and lumper receipts to your factoring company or accounting desk.
Who This Service Is For
- Independent Owner-Operators: Solo drivers with active MC/DOT authority who want to spend their time driving rather than scanning load boards at rest areas.
- Small Fleet Owners (1–10 Trucks): Fleets that need consistent booking and route coordination without hiring full-time, in-house dispatch staff.
- New Authority Holders: Carriers operating within their first year who need help navigating broker onboarding requirements and vetting creditworthy brokers.
Required Carrier Documents
To establish an independent dispatch agreement with APR Logistics LLC, carriers must provide:

- Completed W-9 Form
- Notice of Assignment (NOA) from your factoring company (if applicable)

Frequently Asked Questions
How are dispatch fees structured?
Dispatch compensation is structured as a clear, agreed-upon percentage of gross load revenue (typically between 5% and 8% depending on equipment and support requirements) or a flat weekly per-truck fee. There are no hidden onboarding charges.
Do I have to take loads I don't want?
No. As an independent motor carrier, you maintain 100% final authority on all load acceptance decisions. We present opportunities that meet your criteria, but you have the final say.
Does APR Logistics act as a freight broker?
No. We operate strictly as an administrative dispatch agent representing motor carriers. Freight rate confirmations are issued directly between the licensed freight broker/shipper and your motor carrier authority. Shippers or brokers pay you directly or via your factoring company.
